by the BCS Officials, President-Elect Obama,and the 120 University Presidents & Chancellors, in development of a College
Football playoff system. Media officials are authorized to utilize contents of this site to promote a playoff solution for
college football. The intention of this proposal is to ensure that all teams with a legitimate claim to be the best team in
the country are in the field of play. A psuedo-seeding (vs a true seeding) method has been chosen to faciliate maximum retention
of traditional bowl ties, and for logistical/scheduling considerations...THE FANS Overwhelmingly
